My favorite kind of gift to give kids and teens

The best kind of gift to give and to get, is one that stays with you longer than the item itself.  That's why my favorite gift for kids and teens is always a book.  Some kids just aren't that jazzed up about reading, or getting a book for their birthday, but giving a related item along with a book always increases the gift's popularity.  Here are some ideas of great book gift combos:

My Wish List: Perfume That Smells Like Summer

Here in Texas, we had an abnormally mild winter followed by an abnormally mild spring, and now that we are heading for the first day of summer, I'm trying to get on board with the whole thing.  Summer is the one season that is guaranteed to be anything but mild here.  Right now I'm wishing for Harjuku Lovers 'G' by Gwen Stefani
This perfume reminds me of coconut tanning oil and lemonade.  Love it!

Gift baskets can be bought online or in stores, and range in price from affordable to astronomical.  There are tons of theme and occasion baskets including birthday, get well, thank you, movie night, and nostalgia so you are sure to find the perfect gift for any recipient.

My Wish List: Geisha Doll Bento Set

I have been diligently trying to bring my lunch to work each day in hopes that I might save some money and hopefully calories, and I'm crazy in love with this Kotobuki Geisha Doll Bento Set .  This cute and organized lunch box would make packing my lunch easy and enjoyable.  There are tons of other awesome bento style lunch boxes for sale by the same maker including a Samurai Warrior and a Kitty.  Prices vary by design.  The Geisha doll on my wish list is currently $18.92 on Amazon. Love it!
